Maximus games is a competition gaming website featuring many highly enjoyed retro games titles. Maximus Games has been designed with the idea that there have been a large number of extremely enjoyable games created over the years which have more or less dissapeared as new consoles and gaming devices have come onto the market place. As new consoles arrive, old ones go wrong or simply fall into disuse. This means that the games we used to enjoy and play so much, are no longer available to us and that many of the substitutes we are provided with by the games companies, although graphically superior, are not necessarily more enjoyable to play. Realistic gaming has become the norm in the games industry and it seems as though we are being pushed towards accepting realism and graphic content over enjoyable playability and fun. At Maximus we aim to bring back the joy of gaming. We believe that gaming should be fun, exciting and absorbing. With that in mind, we have created a space where you can game for free to your hearts content with some of the most globally enjoyed retro games of all time.
